Mr. P. Gillespie and his employees have done an excellent job installing my bathroom and kitchen., plus re-roofing both. The work is of an excellent standard and they were always on time keeping disruption to a minimum.

The appliances and units were of a good quality and well priced. The workers were very pleasant to deal with and obviously took pride in their work.

I would not hesitate to recommend PG Propertry Repairs & Renovations and I have already asked for quotations for further work.

When my wife and I bought our 1960’s bungalow at the start of 2023, we knew it needed a complete overhaul. Ben has been utterly amazing at project-managing our entire renovation, and has gone above and beyond in ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout. Mr. Gillespie provided building works for a large loft conversion to our property including a long dormer extension to the back part of the roof. We have since converted the space into 4 bedrooms, a shower and WC.

Mr Gillespie would always start early and be finished before the house got busy again with the children returning from school, which I appreciated. He has recently completed building works to our kitchen and breakfast room opening up the space between rooms blocking off a side door to the garden and fitting patio doors to the far end of the kitchen out on to the garden. We are very pleased with the result. It has created a great space for cooking and dining with the bonus of a lovely outlook to the garden.

I can thoroughly recommend Mr. Gillespie. His charges are competitive and I have found him to be trustworthy and reliable. In both projects there were no nasty hidden extras by way of further charges. I would not want to use another builder for any future building projects. I would say Mr. Gillespie’s strengths are his consistent timekeeping, his work ethic and his technical knowledge and expertise in the building industry.
